- When installing the magnet, ensure correct polarity; if no speed display appears near the Hall switch, try repositioning the magnet.
- The effective distance between the Hall switch and the magnet should be kept under 5mm, with the N pole of the magnet being the active side.
- A bracket may be required to securely fix the Hall switch and motor, as holding the Hall switch directly is not suitable for speed measurement.
- Mount the magnet on a large-diameter rotating shaft, ensuring that it rotates concentrically and horizontally to avoid inaccuracies due to vibrations or excessive movement.
