Type Breakdown:

• W40: Very thick paste, equivalent to 250-300 mesh, designed for coarse grinding and ideal for polishing high-hardness materials such as cemented carbide and high carbon steel.
• W20: Coarse texture, equivalent to 700-800 mesh, perfect for rough polishing on jade and metals with uneven surfaces, offering high efficiency particularly when used with wool grinding heads.
• W10: Thick consistency, equivalent to 1400-1500 mesh, suitable for more refined polishing processes on jade or rough metal surfaces, enhancing efficiency when paired with wool grinding heads.
• W3.5: Fine particle size, equivalent to 4000-5000 mesh, effective for polishing normal jade, jadeite, and agate, delivering satisfactory results when used with wool grinding heads.
• W2.5: Fine formulation, equivalent to 7000-8000 mesh, ideal for polishing metallic surfaces such as cemented carbide when used in conjunction with wool grinding heads.
• W1.5: Very fine consistency, equivalent to 10000-12000 mesh, excellent for achieving a mirror finish on normal jade, agate, jadeite, or cemented carbide, especially after preliminary polishing with W3.5 and W2.5, used on cloth wheels.
• W0.5: Extremely fine paste, equivalent to 25000-28000 mesh, provides exceptional polishing for glasses, optical lenses, and other high light transmittance items, best utilized with cloth wheels.

🔩 Product Features: Our diamond grinding paste possesses excellent lubrication and cooling properties, enhancing the grinding process while ensuring a uniform particle size for superior grinding results. Diamond particles are known for their exceptional hardness, making this paste highly effective in various applications.

🪶 Usage Guidelines: For optimal results, dilute the paste and apply it to a wool or soft cowhide grinding head before commencing the grinding and polishing process. It is highly effective on a range of materials including tungsten carbide, hot-rolled steel, precious stones, fine porcelain, stainless steel, and potassium, achieving a mirror finish in the process.

🧩 This pastes serves as a cost-effective polishing solution; only a small amount is required for excellent results. Additionally, maintaining molds with diamond paste can facilitate easy demolding and prolong the lifespan of the mold.
