Premium Nylon Mesh Filter - Versatile Fine Filtration - 1x5 meter (120 mesh)

🧵 Nylon Net Filter – Multiple Mesh Options for Diverse Applications

🧵 Discover our high-quality nylon net filters, available in a variety of mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 500 mesh (180 to 25 microns). These filters are crafted from white nylon and nylon blend materials, specifically formulated for food use. The nylon 66 composition ensures that the filters are non-toxic and odorless. Boasting exceptional strength and elasticity, these filters are designed to meet the rigorous demands of various filtration processes.

🧵 The nylon net filters exhibit remarkable durability, showcasing superior wear resistance that places them at the forefront of fiber technology. They are not only high-temperature resistant but also exhibit strong resistance to decay, oils, corrosion, alkali substances, and a wide range of chemicals. This chemical stability makes them ideal for use in a diverse array of industrial contexts, including aquaculture, flour processing, screen printing, pharmaceuticals, dyestuffs, monosodium glutamate production, fisheries, and food processing.

🧩 Our mesh filtration system is characterized by its precision; the "mesh" denotes the number of openings per square inch. For example, a 50 mesh filter boasts 50x50 openings in each square inch, while a 500 mesh filter comprises 500x500 openings. As the mesh number increases, the size of the openings decreases, facilitating finer filtration. This feature allows for customized filtration solutions tailored to specific needs.

🌿 Mesh Recommendations for Specific Applications:

• For filtering soya bean milk, we recommend a mesh size of 100-150.
• To remove impurities from wine and tea, a two-stage filtering process using 100 mesh followed by 200 mesh is optimal.
• When filtering milk or juice, utilize a mesh size of 200-250.
• Paint filtering generally requires 80-200 mesh, with 80-100 mesh for ground paint and 150-200 for surface paint.
• For drinking water purification, particularly focusing on suspended particles, a mesh size of 300-400 is advisable.

💍 Please note that the filtering cloth is conveniently packaged in folds, approximately 98 cm in length, making it easy to store and handle for a variety of applications.

🧵 Our nylon net filters offer a versatile solution for a wide range of filtering applications, ensuring optimal performance, durability, and reliability in your industrial and culinary endeavors.
