Frequently Asked Questions:
🔒 Q1: Why did the bell fall off when I unboxed?
A: Don’t worry! This is typical and can occur during transit. The bells are designed to be detachable. Simply reattach by hooking the end of the spring arm onto the small loop on the bell, twisting it clockwise until secure, and give it a gentle tug to confirm it is locked in place.
💍 Q2: What should I do if the spring arm falls out of the holder?
A: This is not a defect! Realigning the spring arm is easy: just align it with the slot in the green holder, push it in, and twist gently until it locks in.
🔒 Q3: Both the bell and spring arm are loose; how can I fix this?
A: Start by reattaching the spring arm to the green holder (see Q2). Then, screw the bell back onto the spring arm (see Q1). Your alarm will be as good as new once everything is secured!
